Here’s the information of our releases.

Random PVs [PV]

I found them when cleaning up my fansub directories. Both are done by original staffs (uses ancient tools, ofc. And the subs are in .ssa format). Too bad the “Onna no Ko Otoko no Ko” encoded video I have is broken so I decided to remake (kind of) using original subs (lightly modified, mostly killed the k-timing since it’s out of sync, etc) and muxed with raw from Nipponsei (hai minglong). The “Find The Way” is unmodified apart from the filename.

Some lulz to enjoy while waiting for Saki chapter 64 and vol. 7 (clean, etc), Yoiko 7-8, etc. I also found some other things but they’re for next time (or whenever I feel like it).

Just in case you’re wondering where these are from, “Find The Way” is one of Gundam SEED ending song and “Onna no Ko Otoko no Ko” is School Rumble ending song.

Yoiko 5-6 [An]

Oh, wait… There is also the usual comedic appearances with Jiro. Will Jiro finally be able to masturbate? Find out in these two episode. I’m sure you will be surprised. Cheers.

And no, I did not find someone for these two episodes, but am still looking… These were just done before Jupiter left on his break, and had been sitting on Q&A for months. But thanks to mflatischler, Skrotis, and blakbunnie27, I was finally able to resolve the matter on the Q&A. One thing I discovered was the kansai dialect of Japanese is a very complex language to decipher. So hurray for the native to figure them out.

Jupiter_RingsID, if you see this, return soon. Sick Noguchi-sensei looks hot and I want to know more about episode 07.

Saki ch. 63 [Mg]

Finally the latest chapter!

Because of several conditions (other staffs being busy, few amount of dialogues, me testing the shiny free mouse, etc), I decided to finish this chapter by my own (apart from translation and edit). Also thanks to one of the ancient staff for providing the raw. With raw paradise is dead, etc I was forced to find alternative source for the raw. As any respectable team out there, there’s no better place to find raw (apart from recruiting staff on-site) than Share and Perfect Dark. Perfect Dark, requiring at least 40 GB of unity/dummy data, is not quite usable here in Indonesia and most of classic (aka non-.ts or BDISO) are still on Share anyway. Searching files on Share is much easier anyway.

So here, latest Saki chapter available. I’ll see if other staffs are willing to do previous chapters. Stay tuned!

Status on Saki chapter 61-63

First, sorry for lateness. I’m not expecting the progress to be this slow. Basically, the original typesetter was busy with exams and tasks so the job was given to someone else… who uses GIMP. Thanks to that I moved the “edit applier” (er, the one who applies the translation edit to the scans) job to the typesetter and it turns out he works not quite fast enough – hence the slowdown. Add the fact the script need at least two passes edit – first is my edit for fidzlish (translator’s english – complete with literal translation for mahjong terms) to something closer to english (with help from anywhere I can get especially for mahjong terms) and then I pass it to the real editor.

Both chapters 61-62 is currently waiting for my edits to be applied before passed again to the real editor. Please be patient.

In other news, chapter 63 is still being cleaned and translated.

Saki ch. 58-59 [Mg] (“no qc” edition)

DOUBLE RELEASE. Whut.

FIX FOR CHAPTER 57: it’s “training camp”, not “boarding house”. Both have same kanji but the former makes more sense. Don’t know why the translator chosen the latter one. Probably because it’s the first to shows up in his dictionary. Sorry for confusion (as if you’re not confused enough by my edit…).

Oh and I also forgot to mention the raw provider is same person as ch. 57 – Finestella from mangahelpers.

Now if I can find proper quality raw for ch. 60 and 61… (these chapters includes PLOT TWISTS. And WTF-ry. Made me went o_o) (hahahah spoiler)

Yoiko 3-4 [An] & Thanks GT!

To my own surprise, a week prior to the recent release, I received an email concerning Yoiko from this particular person who after 12 years is happy to see the anime subbed in English. Kyle from Geek Tragedy emailed me stating he had seen it long ago when he was in Japan, but after that could not find it anywhere subbed or raw. I would like to thank you GT on behalf of Jupiter_RingsID who agreed to translate it on request, and the four other team members, including myself of ray=out. Without them, and especially Gritoit (not a subber) who first mentioned it, the anime would still not be subbed to this day. That said, I have two new episodes ready for download (was actually yesterday), so if you are able to download from IRC, go to #ray=out on irc.rizon.net. We will not host any of the Yoiko releases on Megaupload, so your option is to download from my bot if you want the early release… Or wait until it gets distributed via torrents.
